CONFERENCE ON

BEHAVIORAL ECONOMICS AND EXPERIMENTAL ECONOMICS

May 23, 24 and 25, 2007, Lyon, France

ANNOUNCEMENT AND CALL FOR PAPERS

During this three-day conference, we intend to provide a forum for scholars who are encouraged to submit theoretic, empirical or experimental work on Behavioral Economics and Experimental Economics. This includes preferences and individual decision-making (risk and decision under uncertainty, emotions, neuro-economics); collective decision-making and pro/anti social behavior (social preferences, donations, political procedures, welfare and happiness, arbitration and conflict resolution); markets and organizations (incentives, auctions, finance, labor markets, public economics); games and rationality (cognition, learning).

Tutorials in experimental economics will be organized on May 23. This will give the opportunity to beginners to present and discuss their experimental protocol with senior researchers. Each speaker will have one hour to present her or his project.

The contributed papers will be presented on May 24-25, 2007. Abstracts for either the tutorials or the conference (not more than 2 pages) should be sent by email to the secretariat of the Conference by January 15, 2007. Acceptance of projects and papers will be notified to authors by February 28, 2007. Complete projects (for the tutorials) and papers (for the conference) should be provided by April 30, 2007.

The conference will include keynote addresses by:

Aldo RUSTICHINI (University of Minnesota)
